Specify Quantity, Color, and Fabric:

• Provide the desired quantity, color preferences, and fabric specifications for your custom order.

Embellishment and Trims:

• Share any specific embellishments or trim details to enhance the uniqueness of your garment.

Tech Pack/Mockup Options:

• If available, provide a tech pack or mockup. Alternatively, our team can assist in creating one based on your preferences.

Lead Time:

• Kindly share with us the estimated lead time preference for your customized order.

Shipping Address:

• Share your shipping address.

CAD for Approval and Proforma Invoice:

• Upon inquiry confirmation, we create a CAD design for your approval and provide a detailed proforma invoice.

Advance Payment Confirmation:

• Initiate your order by confirming the advance payment after approving the CAD design.

Order Commencement:

• With the advance payment received, we commence the production of your approved order.

Dispatch After Full Payment:

•           Your bespoke garments are dispatched promptly upon receipt of the full payment.

Communication Method:

• • We highly appreciate receiving all order details in a single email for streamlined processing. To maintain clarity, we discourage the use of separate emails, oral communication, or WhatsApp for order-related information.

Image Quality:

• • When providing images, please avoid using pictures from the internet, as they may not meet quality standards. For optimal results, we recommend using vector mockups or images with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.

Color Variation Advisory:

• • Please be aware that colors on your screen may slightly vary from the actual product due to display settings. To ensure accurate representation, consider potential variations and, if needed, request physical color samples, fabric swatch book or pantone shade book.

Production Commencement:

• • Once production has started, no changes can be made to the order. Kindly review and confirm all details before giving us the approval.
