• Customer Property Rights | All assets related to the articles remain the exclusive property of the relevant customer.

Payment Policies:

• Accepted Payment Methods | We accept TT, WU, Paypal, moneygram, and other secure payment methods.
• Encouraging Bank Transactions | We encourage transactions through secure bank accounts for added financial security.
• Advance Payment for Orders under $5000 | Orders below $5000 require an advance payment for processing.
• Bulk Order Payment Structure | Bulk orders follow a 50% advance payment and 50% payment before dispatch, ensuring customer satisfaction through video and picture confirmation.
• No-Start Without Payment | Orders cannot commence without the necessary payment.

Shipment Policies:

• Commencement Time and Order Details | Shipment time begins after receiving complete order details.
• Order Approval and Payment Impact on Shipment Time | Shipment time is contingent upon customer order approval and timely payment.
• Standard Shipment Duration | Normally, shipment takes 2 to 3 weeks, excluding delivery time.
• Payment Precondition for Order Commencement | Orders will not commence without the prerequisite payment, and order approval alone does not signify the initiation of the order.
• Deadline Adherence Warning | Failure to make timely payments may lead to missing deadlines.
• Variable Shipment Charges | Shipment charges vary based on weight, time, and destination.

Sampling Policies:

• Made-to-Order Company | Being a made-to-order company, we do not maintain stock, and it'll take time according to your requirements.
• Sampling Charges and Discounts | All samples are charged double with an advance payment, and if an order is placed, the sample cost is deducted. Regular customers may receive free samples prior to placing an order.
• Pattern Use and Turnaround Time | The use of other customer patterns is strictly prohibited. Turnaround time for samples is 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity.
